No matter how much information you put out there, some questions will always remain. We are looking forward to helping you out. However, before reaching out to us please check the below list of most frequently asked questions. This will give us more time to answer specifics and it saves you time waiting for our reply.

  • My order is missing a product - What shall I do?
    Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
  • I have received the wrong product / size - What shall I do?
    Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
  • Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • Do you have a maximum unit purchase on a single item?
    No, all of OLAND Sport products haven't got order quantity limit. If you want to order more than 10 pieces please contact us for better price.
  • What size am I?
    It’s best to take some body measurements and check the sizing chart that corresponds to the product and cut you are ordering. It is also highly recommended that you organize sizing samples for your team to try on. You can find more details here.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bulgaria. Your estimated delivery date depends on the local postal service in your country. EU 7 -12 working days NON EU 9 -15 working days. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated time frame of delivery. It depend on the local postal service in your country. Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.
  • When will my order ship?
    After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am EET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am EET on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    This web site accepts worldwide orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to OLAND, if necessary.
  • What should I do of my order hasn't been delivered yet?
    Please see below for suggestions on what to do when your order has not arrived on time / is delayed. Your estimated delivery date depends on the local postal service in your country. EU 7 -12 working days NON EU 9 -15 working days. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there's any local delays in your area - just click here. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order, just contact us so we can help you further. Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.
  • How much is the shipping?
    FREE SHIPPING when you order products for €99 more. If you order less than this the shipping cost depends of the weight of the product.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will recieve email with your tracking number after your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your orders in your account page in our website.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: -Visa -MasterCard -American Express -PayPal Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. Your card is not charged until the order ships. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
  • Is my payment information safe?
    Absolutely. All transactions are handled by PAYPAL international payment services. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.
  • Which currency is used on the website?
    The prices you see specified next to our feetbites socks products are stated in Euro. They exclude possible shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. OLAND is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
  • Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    There are no customs or import charges within the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA & EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.
  • What if I have a defective or damaged item?

  • What is your return policy?
    You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.olandsport.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
  • How do I return or exchange my Oland products?
    1. Please print and fill in this Returns Form and include it in your package. 2. Send your items to the address below: Scandinavia Clothing Company Returns Address: 47, blvd. Cherny Vrah, Sofia, 1407 Bulgaria 3. Send your items with the label intact along with the order number 4. Include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.) 5. For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/item number and size (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value). As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping. If you have any questions regarding the process, please contact us.
  • I don't have a design, can Oland help?"
    Of course, we have an experienced graphic design team that can develop a custom vision created just for you. You can check also our design proposals and when you chose any don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks!
  • What file formats do you accept?
    We prefer Adobe Illustrator files which are vector and have an extension of .AI. However, we can also accept other popular vector formats such as .EPS and .CDR and in some cases even .PDF. Provided the quality is sufficient we can also accept Adobe Photoshop files with the extension of .PS.
  • How can I order?

  • Can I place an order without Oland Sport logo?
    Our retail pricing includes standard Oland Sport logo placement on all our products. However, if you would like to place an order without sublimated Oland Sport logos on the outside, then a 40% surcharge will be added to our prices.

  • How should I wash and care for my socks?
    We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your Feetbites Socks. To keep your feetbites socks in their best, brightest and most comfortable condition, follow our sock care and wash instructions. Socks are best washed inside out to wash out odour-causing bacteria, and to reduce pilling and fluffing caused by the abrasive action of socks rubbing against each other and other clothes in the wash. A gentle machine wash below 30 ºC is acceptable, however the best way to wash socks is by hand, inside out, with a mild detergent and then line-dried in the shade. Socks should not be bleached. A bleaching agent may damage the cotton fibre in the sock. A warm tumble dry setting may be preferable as this will ensure socks do not shrink in the drying process. Alternatively, socks can be line-dried (without delay), preferably in the shade.
